This page provides information to assist Interviewers manage Interviews assigned to them. |
Tracking Interviews
The Interviews assigned to you are visible on your Dashboard.
Interviews will remain visable visible when:
they are schedule for today, or a future date
still require interview notes to be recorded (
)
Selecting 
opens a search to tool to access past and future interviews Interview records.
Managing Interviews
To assist you manage your Interviews if you selection select the parent/student text 
you can view the applicable Application.
Selection
Select the Notes icon 
to display the Note screen.
When Notes have been added to an Applications the Notes icon turns from red to green.
Interview Notes
Interview notes can only be recorded during, or after , an interview time has commemncedcommenced.
Notes can bee be added/updated as required, but the record will move to Interview History the day after the scheduled Interview time.
