In order to use the Educonnex mobile app Parents must have had a User Profile established for them in Educonnex.
Permissions behave the same in the mobile app as the website, so parents must be allocated a user role with access to the appropriate functionalitiesareas. |
The following table shows the permissions required in order for parents to access the different aspects of the mobile app. Only view and perform access is required for the mobile app.

Tab refers to the name of the tab of permissions within the role.
|  | Permission refers to the top-level permission being granted.
|  | Restriction refers to the restrictions being applied to the permission. Eg, Carer, Myself etc., if applicable for that role. A dropdown arrow will be on the left of the permission if this applies. |  | Perform/View refers to the level of access being provided. |  |
