PTO is able to generate login details which can be printed, in case there is no way that the school can send the information out electronically.

This page is about how to download login slips for parents, that can be printed.

If you have the email address of most parents, allow them to request their own login details from PTO, rather than having to send these out to them.

Refer to Allow Parents to Request their Login Details via Email for more information on how to set this up.

Go To: Downloads > Go to Parent Login Slips

1. Choose whether you want to generate login slips for:

a. All parents (default)

OR

b. Selected parent chosen from the dropdown
Refine the choices by using the search field

2. Select how you want the login details to appear:

a. 3 per page

OR

b. 1 per page - top

OR

c. 1 per page - bottom

3. If you have chosen 3 per page, tick ‘Collate’ to keep them correctly sequenced after cutting them with a guillotine.

4. Choose to include or exclude parents with email addresses

Choose the ‘exclude’ option if most of the parents will retrieve their login to PTO using the Obtain PIN/Password function.

5. Select the sort order for the login slips

For easy distribution, choose ‘Youngest student by student sort code' or ‘Oldest student by student sort code’. The sort code is generally the home group, or equivalent, if you have provided this data in your upload.
