Training Portal
Set Up
Portal access is set up in conjunction with the Educonnex Support Team.
As Educonnex training is tailored to the Roles a school has established for their users, the first step is to match a Educonnex Role with a Training Group.
This ensures that each user gets the training relevant to them, Parents get Parent relevant training, Teachers get Teacher relevant training.
If a users hold joint roles, say Parent & Teacher, assign the user the higher access level training group (teacher in this example).
Once activated the training icon will be visible on the user's profile.
User Registration
Users will initially need to Complete Registration for training which establish them on the training platform.
The users’ email must be unique to allow them to register. Should you encounter any issues please contact the Educonnex Support Team.
Confirmation of the user's training group is also visible to them, but not editable unless the user has the required permission.
Once registration is completed, a link to access the Educonnex training platform will be available.
Accessing the Training Portal
Once registered, users can access training via their User Profile or from their Home Page.
Carrying Out Training
The users training consists of the pre-determined content contained in the Training Group their User Role has been assigned.
A library of training is visible to them with progress records for each course.
Training consists of a mixture of reading material, questions, videos, and knowledge checks.
Training Record
The user, and others with the View Training permission enabled, can view a user's training progress via the Training Icon on the user's profile.
Please do not hesitate to contact the Educonnex Support Team on 02 4304 3000 if you would like to discuss your team’s training needs.
