Entering General Comments against a Student

In the General Comments section under the Workflow tab, you can define if general comments against a student should be included in the academic report (see General comments settings).
If you enabled general comments under General Comments, a Student General Comments field will be displayed for each student under the Students tab.

 

Entering comments against a student

  1. Go to the Workflow and under the Student Entry area enter the Students tab. Select a specific academic level and all students of that particular academic level will be displayed.


  2. Click a student. The Student General Comments field will be displayed.


    Enter one or more comments and select a name that should appear against the comment.

     

If you defined that the staff member's signature should appear next to the comment, you can also include the position description as it should appear on the academic report.
