Assigning a Different Staff Member

From the Workflow tab, you can assign a different staff member and/or a different work flow state (e.g., for student data entry, checking data or approval).

Assigning a different staff member to and/or change the work flow state for multiple classes

  1.  Go to Classes under the Student Entry section . All classes included in the academic report are displayed.

  
 

  2. Click Edit and select the classes for which you would like to make changes.

  

 

  3. Click Assign Selected.

  4. Select the staff member you would like to assign to the selected classes and/or the work flow state for which the person will be responsible.

  

  5. Click Save to apply the changes.



To assign a different staff member to and/or change the work flow state for a single class

  1. Select the class for which you would like make changes. The data entry screen will appear.

     

  2. Click Assign.

  3. Select the staff member you would like to assign to the selected class and/or the work flow state for which the person will be responsible.

  4. Click Save to apply the changes.

 
The newly assigned staff member can access the academic report from My Academic Reports (see Entering results, outcomes and comments).
