Adding Favourite Reports

Users can add their most accessed reports to the My Favourites report category.

Adding a report to My Favourites

  1. Go to Menu > Reports.


  2. Find the report you wish to add to your favourites.  In the report card, up to three icons appear (depending on access rights). 



  3. Click the star icon. 

    The star will change colour. The report will now be available in your My Favourites folder. 


    The report will remain available in the original folder.


  4. This icon is a toggle switch. To remove a report from your favourites click again.
