Access the Attendance Stats Report


  1. Go to the Menu > Reports

 

  1. Click the Government category. You will see both a Govt Attendance STATS Student Details report and a Govt Attendance STATS Summary report

The Govt Attendance STATS Summary is the file that should be uploaded to the government website. The header row should be removed before uploading the file.
The Govt Attendance STATS Student Details report contains the Govt Attendance STATS Summary information per student, so anomalies can be easily identified

 

  1. Complete the necessary parameters 




  2. Click the Actions to select the format for the extract

    A modal will appear confirming the report is generation



When the generation is complete, the report will download according to your browser settings, as well as being available under Menu > Exports > My Files



When running the Detail or Summary Report, the Client Id refers to the Government supplied AGEID code. This is unique per campus.
