Set a Bookings Cut-Off for Different Grades

This page is about how to set bookings cut-offs based on the grade.

PTO allows schools to set a cut-off time, after which parents can’t book, change, or cancel their appointments.

 

Cut-offs by grade must be initially enabled by PTO Support. Contact PTO Support if you need to have this feature enabled.


To see the current cut-off setting for a grade

Go to: Settings

  1. Click the ‘Parent Settings’ dropdown to expand the section

 

2. In the Bookings Cut-Off sub-section, click the grade you want to see the setting for.

3. If a Booking Cut Off is in place it will display.

Any grades with the same setting will also display in yellow

If you can’t see your grade numbers on screen, access to this functionality has not been enabled for your service.

To request access to this functionality please submit a Support Ticket to the Educonnex support team.

4. Click Save Parent Settings.

  1. Confirm as directed on the screen.

 

 


To set up booking cut-offs based on the grade

Go to: Settings

  1. Click the ‘Parent Settings’ dropdown to expand the section

 

2. In the Bookings Cut-Off sub-section, select the setting you need, and enter the details if required

3. Click the triangles above the grade/s to apply the setting to that grade.


4. Click Save Parent Settings.

5. Confirm as directed on the screen

6. Verify the change by clicking on a different grade number, then one just changed.
