Extracting data to a spreadsheet
Booked accepts data upload by spreadsheet. Choose your school administration from the option below. The instructions listed are for regular parent teacher interviews. The extracted information should also be used as a basis for setting up your data for a special event.

Preparing your data for a special event
If you are holding an event that isn’t the most common one-to-one meeting between a parent and a teacher, you can use PTO Booked to schedule booking for the event. Below are several of the most common types of events. You can use either of the two options above to get the basic information, then choose one of the options below for further instructions.
