This page is about how to request login details for PTO using an email address registered with the school.

For information on how to login with a username and password supplied by the school, refer to Logging In To PTO with Username and Password

For information on parents registering to use PTO (for Education Queensland schools only), refer to Self-Registration Instructions for Parents (EQ schools only)

The following method is only available for parents, when parent access has been enabled by the school

Each school has their own PTO website

Doing an internet search for ‘PTO login’ will not take you to the correct place to log in.

If you aren’t sure what this is, you must contact the school (or check the school’s website) for the correct link to log in to PTO.

Go to: Your school’s PTO login page

To retrieve your login details via email (parents only):

1. Go to the website (URL) supplied by your school

2. Ensure that the Obtain PIN/Password link is selected

3. Enter the email address on record with the school

4. Click ‘Send Email’
An email will be sent to the email address, providing it matches the data uploaded by the school

Contact the school if you are definitely on the correct login page for your school, and you are unable to request your login details.

If you don’t receive your successfully-requested login email within 1-2 minutes, check your spam/junk folder, and mark as ‘Not Spam/Not Junk’ for easier access in the future.


5. In the email sent by PTO, click the long link in the contents.

This link will automatically log you in to PTO.
