If the email addresses of your teachers have been uploaded or added to PTO, the easiest way to distribute their login details is to email from PTO directly.

To add the email addresses of teachers after the event data has been uploaded, refer to Edit Teacher Email Addresses in Bulk .
PTO will carry forward Teacher PINs from event to event provided the teacher details loaded to PTO for each event are 100% consistent.
Go to: Data > Manage Teachers' Emails and Locations
To email teachers their login details to PTO:
1. From the ‘What do you want to do?’ options, select Email login information to teachers
2. Choose who to send login details to:
a. Click ‘Select All’ to send to all teachers with email addresses in PTO
OR
b. Select individual teachers by clicking the checkbox on the left of their name
3. Send a test email to yourself
This is only to confirm that you receive the email. The sample login details displayed in the email will be replaced with real details when sending to the teachers.
4. Once you have received the test email, click ‘Send Email’ to send finalise
5. An email will be sent to you to advise when all emails have been sent to the selected recipients.
If teachers advise you that they have not received login details after you have received the confirmation, there is likely an issue with the school’s spam filters that is preventing the email delivery. Ask your ICT department to whitelist emails from PTO, or contact PTO Support for any additional questions.
Teachers without an email address loaded into PTO
Go to: Downloads > Login Slips > Go To Teacher login slips
This will provide you with access to login slips to provide to teachers without email addresses loaded into PTO.
