This page outlines functionality to assist Teachers to manage their bookings via the Booked/PTO app.
Installation and Login
Teacher and Parent app installation and login is identical to the parent process.
- Installation and Login
Once logged in
1. Selecting a Date
Once logged in Teachers can select the day they wish to review bookings for.
The option to hide past times is also available.
2. Reviewing Bookings
Any bookings for that day will be displayed.
3. Reminders
Teachers can set reminders by selecting the bell icon in the top right of the screen.
Two types of reminders are available:
an individual reminder for each booking; or
one reminder each day they have a booking.
4. Access Your Video Conferencing Link
Click this link to go direct to your video conferencing system.
5. Home/Menu/Logging Out
Select the Home icon to return to the Home Page
Select the Menu icon to see the Logout options.
Like any app you don’t need to logout unless you wish to.
If you need regular access to the app and don’t log out, and you have digital recognition active, you will be able to re-enter the app without signing back in.
