Forms and how the function.


Forms Administrator

These staff have access to all areas of FormedForms.

Form Creator

These staff are able to create and manage their own forms.

Form Approver

These staff can make a decision on a form submitted to them form approval

Audience Member

These community members can complete responses to a form, and submit their responses.

Audience Member Proxy

These community members, when assigned the task by the form Creator can complete responses to a form, and submit their responses, on behalf of a student they are a guardian or carer for.

To access Formed Forms in any role the Educonnex community member must also have User access to log into Educonnex.
