Roles available within Forms
This page explains the Roles available within Forms and how they function.
Formal Roles
Forms Administrator
Users with this role will have access to all areas of Forms.
Form Creator
Users with this role will be able to create and manage their own Forms.
Other Roles
Form Approver
Users with this role are given the authority by the Form Creator to decision the outcome/inputs of the Form, if the Form requires approval.
Examples:
able to approve, decline or re-assign a request/s submitted via a Form to undertake PD activities;
able to approve, decline or re-assign financial requests in the form such as approval to purchase an asset for the school;
able to approve, decline or re-assign the acceptance of responses submitted by a Forms audience; or
able to approve, decline or re-assign a plan of any sort (Student Wellbeing Plan, Risk Assessment Plan, etc.
Audience Member
These community members can complete responses to a Form, and submit their responses.
Audience Member Proxy
These community members, when assigned the task as a proxy by the Form Creator, say a parent on behalf of student for example, can complete responses to a Form, and submit their responses, on behalf of a student they are a guardian or carer for.
To access Forms in any role the Educonnex Community Member must also have User access to log into Educonnex.
