Publishing a Form

Once a Form has been created and all mandatory components have been added, and all mandatory settings are in place, it can be progressed from a Draft status to Published.

A confirmation, as shown here will display outlining the conditions imposed once a Form is published

As outlined in the Publish Confirmation warning you can add Audience Members at any time, but you can only Unpublish a Form prior to Audience responses being received. At that point the Form is locked down in a published status.
