Showing and Hiding Reports

The Administrator of a report (a user who has been granted Manage Reports Access) selects who can see a report by using the toggle switch. 

To show/hide reports

  1. Find the report you wish to show/hide. In the screenshot below, the report is currently hidden.




  2. Click the Eye icon. This is a toggle switch.  The report is now viewable to all with General Report access.  



  3. Click the toggle switch again to hide.
