Immunisation Status of Primary Students
To generate an accurate report of Primary School students' immunisation records, naturally immunisation data must be recorded accurately in the first place in Educonnex.
The following system locked system codes have been created to ensure accurate record keeping and reporting:
2 Months Immunisation
4 Months Immunisation
6 Months Immunisation
12 Months Immunisation
4 Years Immunisation
Provision to confirm that a copy of the ACIR Immunisation History Statement has been sighted is available for all immunisation records.
The Immunisation Status of Primary Students report is located in Reporting > Government.
The comments field, within the Immunisation Status of Students of Primary School Report, has been left blank intentionally to enable schools to manually add any required comments.
