Restricting access to specific reports

In general, community members with different roles will have access to the Reporting and Ad-hoc Reporting module. However, there might be a few reports within Educonnex that you might want to restrict to a certain group of users.

Restricting access to a specific report

  1. Go to Search Reports.


  2. Select the report you would like to restrict from the list of reports.



  3. Click the Edit Report Properties icon



  4. Select the role you would like the report be restricted to and click Save.




The report is now restricted to the selected role and only users who are assigned to this role will be able to access the specific report.
