The User Experience - Installation and Login





1. Download the Mobile App by searching for "Educonnex" in the App store.

 

 

 

2. Download, install and open the app.

You will be prompted to search for your school by entering the school name at the bottom of your screen then clicking the search icon.

 

 

 

3. When the school has been selected, enter your username and password to log in.

 

 

 

4. You will be given the option to set a PIN or login with Face ID (depending on device).


5. After completing this step, you will have access to your app home page.

 



Important Points

  • If you are logging in to Educonnex for the first time you will also be required to reset your temporary password and accept the Terms of Use.

  • In order for the device (phone) to receive a push notification from the Educonnex mobile app, the user must first use the Educonnex app to connect to the school’s Educonnex service they want to receive push notifications from. This process registers the users device to their profile in Educonnex.
