Applications
This area of Enrolled provides Administrators with functionality to assist manage Applications through their life cycle.
Application Status Workflows
Main Menu > Applications
This workspace provides Administrator access to view & edit Applications.
Each application has a check box to select it from the list of applications.
Applications can be accessed by click on them.
Search
Applications can be search using singular, or combined filters.
Actions
Individual Downloads
Applications can be downloaded in PDF, or Word format.
With or without Interviews Notes
With or without Attachments
Bulk Application Records
Select the Action button, and choose either:
Export to Excel or
View in Kanban Board
Excel Extract
Select the application you wish to include in your Excel Extract, remember you can use the filters to refine the applications results shown on screen.
Kanban Board
To assist you manage Applications they can be viewed in a Kanban Board style format.
Applications can be searched and filtered with this tool, as well as being progressed to the next stages by dragging and dropping the application.
Applications can also be moved backward by dragging and dropping as well, if the need arises.
Advancing an Application’s progress will trigger the display an input screen to provide the necessary information for that next stage, as if progressed via the standard application workflow process .
In progress application data is view only within the Kanban Board.
Accepted Applications are not included in the Kanban Board, as they are complete.
Handling Potential Duplicate Applications
Enrolled will alert you to potential duplicate applications via an Action Required notification on your Dashboard page.
Clicking the duplication notification text will provide you with details of both applications, presented in creation date/time order.
You can make a decision on whether to:
'Keep this profile’ which will merge the other displayed profile into the profile selected; or
‘Keep separate’ which make no changes to either profile
If more than two duplications are detected they will be presented one by one until a decision has been made on all potential duplications.
