System Codes
This page outlines how to use System Codes to customise terminology utilsed in your Enrolled system to match terminology used at your school.
Administration > System Codes
The System Codes workspace enables you to create the system variables you require, such as your designated Enrolment Priorities, Campuses, Student types, etc. etc.
Enrolled contains 15 System Code categories which provides you with the ability to customise the terminology used in your Enrolled system to reflect the terminology you use around your school.
If your school uses Educonnex, make sure your Enrolled system is connected to Educonnex. When connected the appropriate System Codes in Educonnex will be synced directly from Educonnex and won’t need to be manually entered in Enrolled.
If you are not an Educonnex school simply populate the systems codes, you require replicating the and names utilised in your school's student information management system into Enrolled for consistency across both.
