Teacher Availability Grid Display (Accessibility Mode)

As part of a larger project to improve user accessibility we have developed an alternative (optional) Teacher Availability grid design with a greater level of visual differentiation between the five types icons displayed.


Users can toggle between these two options as might be needed.

Teacher online meeting link added to the Teacher Screen

To assist teachers manage their online meetings we have added functionality to enable a teacher to join their meetings from the teacher page of PTO.

As shown when a teacher's Meeting Location & Meeting Location URL are added and saved to PTO a Go to Meeting button will be enabled.

Teachers can use the button to navigate direct to your school video conferencing solution.

Subscription Expiry Warning

Whether you wish to pay your subscription by card, or request an invoice, we will now provide you with up to 30 days notice of an impending subscription expiry whenever a PTO Administrator logs into PTO.

If a subscription is renewed in advance of the current subscription expiry we will extend your new subscription out 365 days from your current expiry, meaning there is no disadvantage to renewing your subscription in advance if you wish.

Adding Interpreters to existing classes

Up until now, if a class or classes were added to PTO after an interpreter was created in PTO access to these interpreters was not available to parents of students in these new classes.

Now if a new class is created at any point of time PTO will automatically make all available interpreters available to parents attached to these new classes.

Display of meeting lengths times

Actual time slot meeting durations times will now be displayed on:

• the parent booking screen

• Parent Booking reports

• Teacher Bookings reports

• other extracts within PTO
  
  

We have also implemented several bug fixes and general systems improvements.
