This page provides instructions on how to extract the data required by PTO from the Sentral school administration system.
Sentral is Wonde enabled for most user environments.
This means that you can transfer your data securely from Sentral to PTO - no spreadsheet required.

Extracting Data From Sentral
These instructions are provided as a form of assistance based on information provided to us by our clients using these systems.

Sentral Enrolments Module
Export > Student & Family Data > select spreadsheet type ‘full’> export households
We are advised this report will give you the information you require to create a PTO event. However, you will be provided with more information than you require, and you will need to delete any unneeded data columns from the Sentral extract.
As this extract shows Home Room class groupings only it will predominantly be useful to primary schools.
