This page explains the Roles available within Forms and how they function.


These staff have access to all areas of Forms.

These staff are able to create and manage their own forms.

These staff are given the authority by the Form Creator to decision the outcome/inputs of the form, if the form requires approval.

Examples:

  • able to approval, decline or re-assign a request/s submitted via a form to undertake PD activities;

  • able to approval, decline or re-assign financial requests in the form such as approval to purchase an asset for the school;

  • able to approval, decline or re-assign the acceptance of responses submitted by a Forms audience; or

  • able to approval, decline or re-assign a plan or any sort (Student Wellbeing Plan, Risk Assessment Plan, etc.

These community members can complete responses to a form, and submit their responses.

These community members, when assigned the task by the form Creator can complete responses to a form, and submit their responses, on behalf of a student they are a guardian or carer for.

To access Forms in any role the Educonnex community member must also have User access to log into Educonnex.
