Enrolment Application Progress
Once you have created an application, it then has to progress through a number of steps to becoming an enrolment for a given student.
To begin the enrolment application process
Go to Menu > Enrolments > Search Applicants.
Search for the applicant.
Click on the desired applicant. Their application will display
If you wish to edit details before processing the application, click on the coloured buttons in the left column.
4. Click Action > Start Processing Application

The status of the application will be updated from 'Received' to 'Processing'.
It is your decision as to what happens during the Processing time. This could be the waiting period to receive more documentation for your applicant or time for booking interviews or assessments. It is completely up to you.
5. Once processing time has been completed click Action > Finish Processing Application.
The status of the application will change from 'Processing' to 'Processed'.
Once an application has been processed, an offer can be made or the application can be rejected.
To reject an offer
Click Actions > Reject Offer. The status of the application will be updated to 'Rejected'.
Once an offer has been rejected it cannot be reversed.
The only actionable item now is New Application Wizard. If the individual wanted to re-apply, a new application would be required. However, when entering the new application wizard, the system would find all the information that had been previously entered.
To make an offer
Click Actions > Make an Offer. The status of the application will be updated to 'Offer Made'.
This is when you send out the Enrolment offer and await the reply from the applicant.
Once you have received your reply from the applicant you now have more Actions to choose from:
If Applicant has declined the offer
Click Action >____ has declined the offer. The status of the application will be updated to 'Offer Declined'.
Once an offer has been declined it cannot be reversed.
The only actionable item now is New Application Wizard. If the individual wanted to re-apply, a new application would be required. However, when entering the new application wizard, the system would find all the information that had been previously entered.
If Applicant has accepted the offer
Click Action >____ has accepted the offer. The status of the application will be updated to 'Offer Accepted'.
You now have more Actions to choose from:
If the applicant has cancelled the offer
Click Actions > ____ has cancelled the offer. The status of the application will update to 'Offer cancelled'.
Once an accepted offer has been cancelled it cannot be reversed.
The only actionable item now is New Application Wizard. If the individual wanted to re-apply, a new application would be required. However, when entering the new application wizard, the system would find all the information that had been previously entered.
If you wish to enrol the applicant as a future student
Click Actions > Enrol _____ as a future student. The status of the application will update to 'Enrolled'
You can click the student's name in the enrolment application screen to go to their profile
AND
You can now be able to find the student labelled as a Future Student in the Search Students section of Educonnex.

There is still an option to cancel the enrolment at this stage.
