**Send a Request to PTO Support

This page is about how to contact PTO Support.

To send a request to PTO Support:

 

Option 1: JIRA - our online service portal

This allows you to create requests, view existing requests and files we send to you, or to reply to us.

Not sure what your login details are for JIRA? Just follow the password reset option on the login page, using your email address.

For customers serviced by the UK helpdesk, go to:

Option 2: Email

Your email will be automatically converted into a service request, without needing to log into JIRA.

For customers serviced by the Australian office, email: pto@countrynetsoftware.atlassian.net

For customers serviced by the UK office, email: support@parentteacheronline.atlassian.net


 

Option 3: Phone

We can answer generic questions and direct you to any help documents which might be able to assist you with your questions.

Please note: We cannot make changes to your PTO system with this option. Please create a new request with either of the other two options.
