Multi Bookings - Booking Tallies

Where schools use PTO’s Multi Book (CMB) functionality we have added more information to Teacher Bookings Reports.

The new information added to the report outlines the three possible states of any time slots subject to multiple bookings:



  • There are 5 timeslots but not all bookings have been taken for the time slot (1 booked, 4 bookings still available).





  • All 5 time slots booked.




  • No bookings current made for the time slot (5 not booked).

Teacher Meeting URLs added to the Bookings & Bookings this hour extracts

Several schools have suggested we incorporate Teachers Meeting URLs into the following extracts to assist with event management:

New report generator

The report generator utilised by PTO has been replaced with the new tool being more efficient in generating reports, as well as providing a broader range of report formats.

We have also implemented several bug fixes and general system improvements.
