Entering a Late Arrival (Classroom Teacher/Class Roll)

This page explains the Classroom Teacher/Class Roll part of the two-part process of fully recording a student's late arrival at school.

Also refer to: Entering a Late Arrival (Front Office/Administration Staff)

A Late Arrival shoud only be recorded on a class roll if the arrival takes place during the time frame of that actual class, even if the roll is only marked once a day.

Not following this rule will caue an incorrect student Day Attendance result.

Inevitably students will from time to time arrive late to school. Their late arrival at school and to their scheduled class both need to be recorded to fully capture accurate attendance data for this event.

To enter a late arrival as a Classroom Teacher:

Open the Class Roll:

Select the student in question add select Add Late Arrival
