Logging In for the First Time
Welcome to SSO! Once your SSO site has been set up, you're going to receive an email from us. Here's what to do with it.
Welcome Email
As part of the provisioning of SSO, an email like the following will be sent out to school staff who are nominated on the registration form as SSO Co-ordinators.
Once this email is received, your SSO site is ready for you to login. The email will look like the image on the left below.
The green box shows your school's SSO website. You, and all other users of SSO at your school will need to go here to login.
The blue box is the username you will need to use to login. Co-ordinators and other staff will need to use their email address for this.
The red box is where you'll need to click to set your password, before you login for the first time (more on this below).
Password Reset
When you click on the Login and create password button, it will launch a webpage.
Enter a password that you'll remember, then enter exactly the same thing again, then click Change Password.
Once you've done this, you can begin using SSO (or keep reading more of the help documentation, if you're not really sure where to start).
