Notifications

1. Tap the push notification on your phone, or open the Educonnex mobile app and tap the Notifications icon.

2. Any notification messages will show in the screen.

Click the notification heading to read the full message.

3. You will receive a push notification for any new notifications.

New notifications will have a blue dot displayed next to the notification.

4. To delete notifications that are no longer required, swipe the entry to the right from the main Notification page, to reveal the red x.

You will be notified of new notifications by push notification based on your personal phone notification settings.

Notifications can be accessed under the Notification icon.

Unread notifications will be highlighted.

If you wish to use push notifications for communications (in particular unknown absence notifications), please be aware:

Any parents who are not using the mobile app will not receive this communication type.
During the roll-out process to parents we would recommend that all communications are sent by a second channel, in addition to the push notification, to ensure all parents are receiving communications.
