Timetabling
The Timetable Management gives you the opportunity to enter your timetable for your school.
Please note: This module is not a timetabling package that works out an appropriate timetable for your school.
The Timetable Module can manage a number of timetables - so a new Timetable should be created for each new structure of timetable. For example, if you have a Primary school that has a one-week rotation and a senior school that has a two-week rotation, you would create two separate timetables (one for each section).
The timetable will be able to be viewed using various search parameters eg, Year group, Location, Staff member, Subject etc. The classes will be sourced from the Subject Module along with the default teacher, then you can change the teacher if required at the Timetable level. This is particularly useful if you have a teacher that just covers one lesson a week for a given subject.
