Viewing and Managing Responses

This section outlines the method of viewing and managing audience responses to Forms.


Notification

An Action Item is provided to Form Creators as responses are received.


This Action Item will update in real time as as further Responses are received.


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Clicking on this Action Item takes the user to the Response Summary screen for that Form




 

 



Reviewing Responses

 

 

 

Alternatively a Form Creator can review assess Forms at any point and from the Forms page View response to their forms.

 

 

 



Responses Status

Responses can have one of seven Statuses:

  • Not started

  • Not submitted (response selected by not submitted)

  • Submitted

  • Awaiting Approval (if applicable)

  • Approved (if applicable)

  • Declined (if applicable)

  • Re-Opened

In this example three Audience Member have submitted a Yes response, one Audience Member has submitted a No response, and one Audience Member has selected a response of No but not Submitted their response.

Forms functionality provides user with information on Audience Members indicative responses when they make a selection/s but haven’t yet Submitted their Responses.


Managing Responses

Responses can be viewed as either:

  1. a Summary of Responses received to date; or

    Summarised Responses can be viewed as either a Bar Graph, Pie Chart, or List









  2. as Individual Responses

    In this view Individuals can be selected from the drop down box of Respondents

    Individual's responses can also be “Unsubmitted” from this screen by the Form Creator, if desired and move to a Re-opened status.
