Authourising Educonnex to transmit emails on your school's behalf
To optimise Educonnex’s email communications and mitigate, as much as is possible, the risk of your emails being identified as SPAM we need you to authorise Educonnex to send emails on behalf of your school.
We do this to maximise our ability to get your message into the recipient's inbox. As our expertise is that of School Administration Systems, not email delivery, we have partnered up with a company (SMTP2GO) that specialises in email delivery and we send all email communications through their white listed email pipelines.
Please discuss the below instructions with your IT Team/consultant who will be able to quickly and easily carry out the required actions.
To setup this pipeline for your school's email messages we require two CNAME records to be created. Once created please advise the Educonnex Support Team so we can check and verify the configuration.
You can find your sending domain by looking at your email address - the sending domain is the part that comes after the @ symbol e.g. "support@educonnex.com.au" the sending domain is educonnex.com.au.
