Payments not made through SSO

If you don't subscribe to BPoint, you can put information on the Payment Report. This report will show the cost of the chosen selections, and has a space for payment instructions.



To begin, get the information together about payment deadlines, how payments can be made, any special instructions regarding deposits.

Save this information into a Word document.

While the number of Selections a Student has will determine how much space is available, the average space available for your custom payment instructions is usually around half of an A4 page.

Take a screenshot of the information you've compiled, and crop this as necessary.

Next, you'll need upload this image of text.
 
Go to: Settings > Payment Report

 

Adjust the Settings at the top of the page to what you feel is appropriate.

The Settings shown here are the Settings we see most commonly utilised by schools.).

 

Scroll to the bottom of the page, drop the screenshot into the green file upload box, then select Save.?

Tip: If the image isn't clear, take a new screenshot of the text again, this time with a higher zoom.


Once saved, go in and Act As as your test Student.

Select Generate Payment Report, you may need to have completed all requirements for this to be available, depending on your chosen settings. 

Open the resulting PDF file and make sure you're happy with how payment information is displayed. If isn’t as you wish, go back and make the necessary adjustments.

The payment graphic you use will be displayed to all students using SSO at that time. You can replace the image at any time, by following the same process as above.
