Communications - permission to access other user's communications.

Up until now a user could only access their own communications. In line with normal school/commercial practices a permission is now available to grant a user the ability to see all other users communications.

Communications - SMS message size display tool

We have added a tool to enable schools to determine the number of SMS messages a proposed communication will generate based on the no. of characters contained in their message across multiple recipients.
