What's new in Educonnex 1.16.5
Enhancements
The following enhancements have been made as a part of this release:
Government Reports - Student FTE and Distance Education
Government reports that use Student FTE or a Distance Education flag will now look to these new fields on the Government tab.
Please ensure that these are updated correctly before running reports. 
Ad-hoc reporting field
Guardian priority is now an available field in the ad-hoc reporting module under Students - Carers.
Guardian priority is determined by the order in which Carers are listed on the Relationships screen of the student Profile. 
Guardian Mailing Labels
Student names can now be optionally included in the Guardian Mailing Labels reports.
- Guardian Mailing Labels - Individual
- Guardian Mailing Labels - Per Address
Labels that include student reports will show the student's first initial and surname.
If the report is not restricted down to a single year group, the oldest student's name will show on the labels.
Event cost now displays in Actionable Item
The cost of the calendar event will now display to parents on the actionable item on both the web and the mobile app
Timetable Permissions Update
The school timetable can now be accessed from Curriculum Management > Timetable > Manage Timetable with the View permission on Timetable. 
Please ensure you check your roles carefully to ensure that your users have access to the correct timetable permissions.

This release also contains a smaller enhancements and bug fixes.
